Password Help
When you register as a new customer you will be able to enter a password. You can change this password whenever you wish. If you have forgotten your password simply click on the link provided in the login page to confirm your e-mail address and we will send your password to your e-mail address.
Payment Methods
You can make payment online using Visa - Master - JCB - Switch - Solo - Electron cards and now PAYPAL. Alternatively you can send a cheque with an order form to our postal address (UK only).
Overseas orders and Internet orders will be charged in British Sterling. The exchange rate for your own currency will automatically be set by your credit card company. The US Dollar and Euro currencies you view on our website show approximate values.
Please do not send your order and card details via e-mail. You must use our secure website to place your order.
Wishlist
You can create a Wishlist by simply clicking on the Add to My Wishlist button below the big picture of any product. You can enter up to 10 e-mail addresses to send your Wishlist to and we will send it for you. You will receive a confirmation e-mail from us as soon as we send your Wishlist.
CUSTOMER REFERRAL PROGRAM (CRP)
You can simply take part in our CUSTOMER REFERRAL PROGRAM (CRP) by entering
at least 5 valid e-mail addresses. All we require is to get the confirmation
of the owners of the e-mails you referred to us and you will receive a
unique discount code for 35% for your next purchase on our site.
How does it work?
- You enter 5 valid e-mail addresses at the CRM page on our site
- People you referred to us will need to register on our site (no purchase necessary)
- When 5 people complete their registration you will receive your unique discount code for 35%.
Why should they register?
- As they are referred to us by you, we will give them 25% discount on their first purchase.
How do I know if they have registered?
- We will notify you by e-mail every time a person in your list completes their registration
- You are able to send reminder e-mail to people in your referral list without typing anything
